ABOUT JAMES
BAXTER

I have provided these services as
an independent consultant since 1983. Before
that, I worked in industrial health and safety; child,
adolescent and adult education; supervisor training; and agriculture.
I have been employed as a civil servant, in
the steel and engineering industry and by a medical (NHS) practice.
I have lived and worked in France and Nigeria,
but I have spent most of my life in Britain.
I have university degrees in
Industrial Education & Training and in French.
A number
of articles written by me have been published in professional journals,
and my paper Psychotherapy and Teaching was published by Manchester
University's Centre for Adult & Higher Education in
1988.
I aim to supply clear and comprehensive
information about the services I provide before seeking a
commitment from prospective clients.
My main interest is
studying how we as
humans relate to one another.
My other
interests include playing badminton, skiing,
hill-walking and growing fruit and vegetables.
I was born
in 1929.
